Firefighters are battling hotspots after an early-morning fire burned a large home in New Jersey to the ground.

The flames broke out around 2 a.m. on Marseille Terrace in the Morganville section of Marlboro Township.

The fire completely gutted the home, reducing the entire structure to rubble and scorching the surrounding trees and causing a small brush fire that firefighters worked to contain.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported as all occupants of the home were able to escape.

The cause of the fire is unknown, and the situation remains under investigation.
