Three people are being questioned in the kidnapping and murder of Brooklyn landlord Menachem Stark.

Police have arrested and charged Kendel Felix, 26, of Brooklyn, with second-degree murder.

The 39-year-old Stark was kidnapped in Williamsburg on Jan. 2 and discovered dead in a dumpster in Great Neck the next day.

Police say Stark was abducted near his business office during a snowstorm and wrestled by two men into the back of a van, which was caught by a nearby surveillance camera.

Detectives investigating Stark's death have focused on his prior business dealings. He was millions of dollars in debt and was also the targed of disgruntled tenants.

No charges were immediately filed.

Thousands of mourners turned out for Stark's funeral in Brooklyn. Family members and friends say he was married and left behind eight children.
