Police say the men, identified as 36-year-old Javon Burgess and 24-year-old Paul Lee, sold assault weapons, semi-automatics and even a sawed off shotgun.
According to authorities, undercover investigators posing as Manhattan-based gun dealers bought 39 weapons, ammunition and large capacity magazines from the pair.
"Gun violence continues to be a serious problem for our city's teens," District Attorney Cy Vance said. "Kids are buying guns, kids are using guns and kids are dying from guns."
Burgess is accused of selling many of the weapons in broad daylight, with five taking place near the entrance of the Bronx Zoo.
Burgess and Lee are charged with multiple counts of criminal sale of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and conspiracy.
