The MTA says local No. 7 subway service has resumed after signal problems that developed Tuesday evening.

But some Main Street-bound No. 7 trains are being terminated at 74th Street-Broadway.

Express No. 7 subway service has also been restored.

Customers are advised to take E, F, M, N, Q or R trains making nearby station stops. Riders in Woodside can use IND stations for their trips.

LIRR is cross-honoring fares at 34 St-Penn Station, 61 St-Woodside and Flushing-Main Street.

MTA has also requested shuttle buses to 74th Street since the platforms have been packed.

The signal problems between 33 St-Rawson and 61 St-Woodside caused very limited service on the 7 train. The MTA says express No. 7 subway service has been restored. It says the Flushing Line 7 service is running close to normal after experiencing limited service earlier Wednesday due to signal problems. The agency says riders can expect some scattered delays.
