There is another candidate in the race to replace Jesse Jackson Jr. in Congress.

Former Northwestern University football star Napoleon Harris says he would like to run for the Second Congressional District Seat.

The Dixmoor native was just elected to the Illinois Senate.

Harris was a first-round pick in the NFL Draft and went to the Oakland Raiders in 2002. He went on to play in the NFL for seven seasons.
