The 8-year-boy accused of slashing a 9-year-old with a razor earlier this week at his Bronx school could appear in family court Thursday.

The boy claims he was bullied and brought the razor to school for his own protection.

The incident happened inside PS 132 in the Morrisania section.

The boy is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and felony assault.

Richard McKinney needed six stitches on his neck as the result of the incident.
