Bus driver assaulted in East Harlem

NYPD is looking for a suspect who assaulted an MTA bus driver in East Harlem. The incident happened around 7:50 Friday morning.

According to investigators, the 58-year-old woman driving the M15 bus northbound on 1st Avenue was punched in the face by the suspect.

The assailant got off the bus at East 102nd and took off, police said.

The victim was taken to an area hospital for minor injuries to her face.
