Milford residents being forced to buy flood insurance

Some people in Connecticut are upset that they're being forced to buy flood insurance in the wake of Hurricane Irene.

FEMA has expanded the flood zone in Milford to include about 800 more properties. Starting next spring, flood insurance will be mandatory for anyone who has a mortgage or any type of home loan.
