Suspect arrested in NYC livery cab robbery

Police have arrested a man in connection to the robbery of a livery cab driver in Manhattan.

Anthony DeJesus, 23 is charged with 1st degree robbery.

Investigators say DeJesus got into the livery cab at the corner of West 207 Street and Broadway in Inwood on Thursday at 5:00 a.m.

Police say DeJesus asked to be taken to West 213 Street and 10th Avenue.

He lives on 211th Street.

Once at the location police say DeJesus pulled out a gun and demanded the 50-year-old driver's cash.

The driver handed over the cash, and police say DeJesus fled on foot.
